A whiny blog?
So I don’t mean to make this a whiny blog but its been a whiny week. I knew this would be a test of will and self restraint but I guess I tend to do what i want most of the time! Its been a bit of an adjustment, not just in what I eat but how I interacts with other people (who also eat). So while its frustrating, its also really interesting to see how complicated our relationship to food is....
SO yesterday was busy and I didn’t get to update, here I am now, blogging you my day before class.
I’m eating french toast right now which I also had yesterday. For lunch I had a salad with tofu, the same as the previous night. I heavily snacked on local crackers! and cabot cheese. I also had an apple. I got raisin bran that comes from needham! (actually its distributed from there but...

I decided to move the blog over...
So day 1 is almost over, and going good so far!

Dinner - Butternut Squash...
The night before local eating starts!!
So its the night before I start my local food challenge. As part of my senior thesis project I will be eating only food within 100 miles of boston. I’ve been working on a project exploring local food production since august and now I’m taking a plunge into my subject matter. Instead of merely observing and photographing others I am myself participating in my subject matter. Other than...
